What is the best solution to get my money back. I paid $113 USD back in Oct 2008 and never received the photo book. When I emailed them they said it was due to be shipped. Of course they were lying.

I then requested a refund (which they claimed was only $67 USD, which could be because the company is England and this is the exchange rate). Then they claim they have reversed my charges on credit card. They never did. I have been in touch with my bank. But they suspect they will not make a reversal at this point.

Any suggestions?
