We made the mistake to going to this ski accessory store in Flaine, France in February this year. We were missing one pair of gloves for our part so went to have a look around the stores, they were priced from £35 in the ski hire stores. We came across the Photozoom store in one of the shopping malls and purchased a pair of ski gloves from there for nearly £25, used them the next day and they simply fell apart! Took them back to the store and the store owner, a very hostile and rude woman, blatantly refused to exchange to refund saying they don’t offer exchange or refund, once you bought something its not their problem... she added what do we expect from cheap gloves! £25 is cheap for gloves in that place??! <br />
So be warned, don’t make the same mistake as us, you are better off buying from one of the ski hire store, pay a bit more but at least you won’t end up with 3rd class stuff!
