I purchased this product on-line with the assurance that it would help me recover photos from a damaged camera card. Instead of recovering the photos, the software PHOTORECOVERY froze my computer so totally that it required me to physically unplug my computer from the wall.

I then downloaded a competitor's product which worked perfectly and I was able to recover over 99% of my files.

Dave Dabney, technician for LC Technology International, wasted literally hours of my time by asking me for cache files, etc, all on the pretense of discovering the problem. Only after wasting hours of my time did he admit there was no way I was going to get a refund, even though I had obviously spent money on a competitor's product only 30 minutes after downloading and trying PHOTORECOVERY.

The company is deceptive in its business practice and I would avoid purchasing anything from them under any circumstances whatsoever.
