What they did to me was a classic form of fraud in which the Photovad put forth the fraud lures by advertising a cameras at a low price and with many features, then revealed to to me that the advertised camera was a Japanese version (Grey Market) with no USA waranty, so if I wanted the USA version so I can read english and not japanese, I would have to spend $300.00 MORE. He also told me that he would give me a better lense which would be glass and not plastic. Also I should get the better battery with a fast charger. He also told be they were authorized Canon resellers. I then agreed and purchased thinking I was buying a better camera and lense. When the camera arrived to my dismay I realizd the it was the normal camera kit that all retail stores sell. I immediately called Canon and explained what happened and they said very politely that I was ripped off. CANON SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT A RESELLER OF THEIRS AND THEY WERE TURNING THIS OVER TO THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT.
