My Apologies. I made a mistake in the name of the site in my previous complaint. However this Complaints board does not allow to correct a mistake made (very sad). So I have to fill in another complaint with a corrected name. The fraudulent site is php-freelancers.net . They take money and never pay programmers - and buyers simply cannot get their money back. Php-freelancers.net keep all the money! Thieves!
