Dear Sir, the EIT Egypt Branch at Abo Rawash is stealing people, i sent my car after accident to fix (19 October 2009) and after 5 days they got approval from insurance company to fix with cost 2100 egyptian and both EIT and insurance company signed the paper for agreement (i had copy of this paper ) and the procedure is to pay then take the invoice to the insurance company to pay back to me . the surprize is i got a call from the insurance company request to meet me and they provide me with the photo copy of the paper that say they said the cost 2100 and the invoice i paid is 2500 egyptian, and today is 30 december and i did all what i can with eit (kia egypt) and finally they told me go to hell nothing we will pay ...it is mistake from the eit engineer and we will not let him pay ...please help me, this is the third kia car i had and i don't want to loose trust between u and me ..thanks (Waleed Hagag)
