I ordered 3 Pillowpets and 1 backpack from pillowpets.com in late November. I emailed info AT pillowpets.com asking for an update on my order a 10 days before Christmas. I never received a response. I called and was assured that my entire order would be at my house before Christmas. I received all items but one. I was called on 12/27 and told my order would be filled first once they received their new shipment before New Year's Eve. I just called and was told two things. One, they tried to change which animal I would receive. Two, it is going to be an additional 2 to 3 weeks before we receive our order. I then asked to not be charged shipping and was told they had already changed my shipping to UPS Red. I said that was unacceptable. They finally agreed to not charge me shipping. Also, I had to pay a seperate shipping charge for each item. I am very unhappy with the customer service and their fulfillment of my order.
