I have dealt with your branch at Pinecrest Centre in Pinetown, Durban . Kenneth, the manager of the store is totaally incompetent. i had my daughters cellphone on my account and asked for him to change the details to her account about 4 months ago - to date there has been total confusion whereby they deduct frm her account for one month and on mine the next. this is unacceptable. we have approached him numerous times but had no joy. this is causing me undue stress. Please give this your urgent attention. I have been with your company for many years.
