I told Pinnacle Roofing inc I wanted to cancel my request for a roof as I had lost any confidence in this company and asked for my money back. I sent the request in writing via fax to Tony Itnyre as a follow up to the conversation I had with him on the phone. I confirmed that Pinnacle Roofing inc received my fax spoke with Christine at 2:45pm 2/13/09.

I followed up on 2/19/09 left a message for Tony Itnyre and he returned my call on 2/23/09 told me he had up to 60 days to refund my money and I would receive my check on or around 4/13/09. I called and spoke with Tony Itnyre on 4/17 asking where my check was and he informed me he cannot give me a check that size and the owner Terry Kiefer would be back on Tues 4/21/09 around 1:30-2pm Today is 4/21/09 I called and Tony is on another line and Terry is out of the office at lunch. I have not seen a check and I am tired of holding their hand in attempt to make them do the right thing. They owe me 5530.50 and have been aware of this from the moment I cancelled the contract on 2/13/09.

These people lie to consumers and to insurance companies. They should be shut down and put in jail. I have reported to the BBB. I finally saw the estimate they gave my insurance company they never came to my house to do an estimate and lied to my insurance company said there was hail damage my insurance company sent an independent contractor out and they reported no hail damage just wind damage. The first contract these people presented me was using GAF ELK or owen corning roof materials.

The final contract they scribbled in Atlas Pinnacle and the contract is hard to read. Look up national storm management the parent company and check out the pink papers for their otc stock. You will find a skull and cross bones buyer beware these people are in trouble with the SEC and probably if iI had allowed them to do my roof who knows would they have paid for the materials?
