Pinnacle Security sold me a home security system with a promotional offer through Value Buzz Saving Club which is a gas and grocery rebate program. This program was suppose to pay for my monthly alarm system for 2 years out of my 39 month contract. After the first month when I tried to use the rebate/voucher program I was unable to print my vouchers or contact this company. I am still trying to settle this issue with Pinnacle Security but they are not wanting to take responsibility for the scam that their salesman promoted. I have left messages with representatives to have upper management call me and have not been contacted as of yet.It looks like I might have to take this matter up in small claims court. I've been scammed and I am furious!!
