I purchased $20 calling card from this site for 420minutes to call my family abroad. After using the pin for less than 2 hours I only got $1.36 in my account. I verified the information by calling the customer support. When I asked if I could get my money back or minutes the person in the other line said 'this is just a customer support line and if you want to ask how to get your money back contact the website where you bought the card. What the f#@#? No customer skills whatsoever! And guess what, when I clicked the contact us link on this freaking website NOTHING! There is no way you could complain and contact them but through that customer support number! I wasted $20 for a freaking very bad annoying 60 minute calls! God to avoid paying too much money for calling cards I decided to try online services. And as you could tell it was a very bad decision. What a scam website!
