Bought an electric pipe threader on e-bay. They said they tested it and it did spin, and they were right it does spin. The problem is the gears are stripped and it sounds like a bucket of bolts. Any moron can tell that if wasn't right if they really did test this product. I made 2 phone calls and 3 e-mails with no response. I got Chris the operations manager's voice mail and I kid you not he was more concerned about telling me when he took his lunch and what time they quit working. What happened to (How may I help you with your problem your having with our product). PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOOSE. E-BAY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ALLOWING THIS COMPANY TO SELL THEIR CRAP ON YOUR WEB-SITE, TAKE THEM OFF. They, meaning paypal wanted me to pay shipping back to this crappy company and I figured now they would have their crappy tool back and still have my money at least I can get my tool repaired. STILL TICKED OFF
