I purchased 2 gallons of deck semi-stain last summer, I had hired someone to apply it. This year the stain just wore off- down to the bare wood. It look terrible. I wrote the company in May, sent in the custom mixing label with the date on it, when it was purchased- because I did not have my receipt. Sent in the label of the can also. I also took photos and dent them. There is a 5 year guarantee and this paint. I have never heard back from anyone at the company. It is the most awful paint that I have ever used and to re-do it, just 10 months later is a waste of time and money. Hate it Hate
