I ordered a Sat nav for my husband for Christmas it was faulty sent it back and got a credit with pixmania reordered another one on 27.1.08 which was supposed to be delivered by UPS paid £13.50 for express delivery 24hrs-48 was supposed to be delivered on tuesday 29th tracked it came into Stanstead Airport was sent out for delivery at 6am never turned up! Sub contractor turned up next day said he never had it to deliver box felt light opened in front of driver box had been tampered with was empty and had been resealed with masking tape. Some one has stolen my sat nav and Pixmania wont give me my money back say got to wait for UpS investigation which will take up to 10 days. Have tried to cancel order keep getting stupid emails from Pixmania team thanking me for my patience. Have emailed Paris and head office in Fulham.
