we had, had a long day and had got home late from a family outing. it was to late to cook dinner so we decided to ring for a pizza, (1) i tried to order online but was unable to (2) i made my order and was told that the driver would be here in 40 minutes, (3) 1 hour later i get a ph call from pizza hutt stating that their driver was running late and offered a free garlic bread for the inconvinience. (4) an hour and a half later there is still no pizza kids are tired and hungry so i call the service line, (5) she tells me she is deeply sorry and the pizza had left and it would be with us in the next 5 minutes.(6) it gets to 11.45pm at night when i tried to ring again to see what was happening but i got the answer phs as they had closed for the night. (7) it is 9.59am the next morning we did not recieve our order very dissapointing and fustrating will never place a order with pizza hutt again
