Like many others here, I wish I had seen this site before ordering. My order (Batman TV 20 disc set) took a long time coming, and when it did I found two discs were duplicated and one was faulty, so I emailed asking for replacements, offering to send back the three discs in question. Despite assurances on the site all emails would be replied to within 48 hours, I've had no response to any of my emails. The discs were all hand numbered with stuck on labels. I find now links to the site don't work, but I'd be surprised if they weren't already operating under a new name. Next time I'll be checking here first
