I ordered 14 seasons of Knots Landing. Found out after I ordered them that ONLY two seasons have OFFICIALY been released!!! I RE-ORDERED under a FAKE bank card...entered my bank card number...just changed the security code. They called me RIGHT BACK. I let them leave a message!!! They left a number... 250-434-9659. My message to them was that I filed a LAW SUIT against them...which I have done...I am an Atorrney. I called about 7 times...the first two time she hung up on me. She gives the FAKE name of SUSAN WINTERS!!! She bitched and gave me a HARD TIME about a refund. I told the lady they have a RETURN POLICY that is HASSLE FREE!!! EVERY time I called the SAME lady answered...NO MATTER what time of day. When you run a BIG BUSINESS...say Sprint, Walmart, Verizon, Ebay...etc...the SAME preson DOES NOT ANSWER EVERY TIME!!! I HAVE processed LEGAL PAPERS against the company which takes 3-14 days for them to be issued a court date. You can email me at [email protected] and I will ISSUE a CLASS ACTION SUIT against the company!!! PRISON is RIGHT around the corner for this company and the people who run it.
