I bought a pair of shoes on 11 Mar'07 from Planet Sports and they put 09 no instead of 08 no requested. When i went back to them for replacement within 48 hrs of purchase the staff behaved very badly and insulted me by shouting in front of other customers and embarrassed me and also also said company does not allow us to replace the sold goods and we dont have time to entertain such queries. I requested them that i am here to replace the product within 48 hrs and in between there were 02 nights also. They behaved badly and didn't replace the product. I will suggest dont ever buy product from Planet Retails Showrooms.
