I have just bough a Planet talk africa card, all the access numbers dont work, nor does the customer service number.This is very frustrating,as i am bedridden and asked a friend to buy me one specially cose i urgently need to contact my family back home today.

I finally decided to go on the website and managed to get another customer service number, but all i got was a recorde message telling me to imput my pin number and then proceds to tell me that my pin is invald/not recognise.

I have not managed to speak to an actual person, and whenever one manages to speak to them, they are unhelpful,they grasp of the english language is poor, therefore unable to fully undertand you in order to deal with your problem appropriately.

I end up hanging up frustraded...but always have to resort to boying cards, because i simply cannot afford BT charges.
