I have gone to this Planned Parenthood office for two years now and they have dealt with me ok for that time until now. I have for the past 2 years paid cash for any and all things needed a payment for. THey have NEVER offered or given me a receipt. I don't qualify for "Take Charge" so I've had to pay the full amount for Birth Control. I went in there last month and paid for two months ($50 total). Then a few weeks back I received a notice in the mail saying I owe $50 for my birth control. I called and complained to everyone i could possibly complain to and I guess the lady i dealt with was the manager. I talked with her personally on the phone yesterday and she claims she remembers me and how we "got to talking" and I FORGOT to give her the money but since i swear i paid she will knock off $25! WTF. They wont even look at video cameras on that day to see if I paid. I HATE PLANNED PARENTHOOD now, they are liars and they steal! Dont go to this clinic. Im not going to.
