A $100 charge taken from my debit card today, I had no idea from what, or where. Found out that it was a "company" called Platinum Services.
Flat out fraud, when you do contact the number given by your bank, they are beyond rude. They are by far the rudest company I have ever, ever spoken with in my life. They continuously hung up on me, with absolutely no provocation, nothing. As soon as I started asking questions about the company, where they got my info from, their contact info, and a supervisor, they hang up. After the 5th...yes, thats 5th time of me calling them, they told me the money was not refundable, despite the fact that I did not give the banking info, or authorize anything. They advised they needed a copy of my bank statement, a notarized police report, among other things SENT BY MAIL, no fax number, just a suite address.
They continuously provoke on the phone, to the point where I eventually had to tell them what they all were...(each and every person I spoke with was black, and a very dumb black as well), so I told them what they really are...Ni**ers that work for $9 an hour, hanging up on people who they defrauded. Plain and simple. I doubt anyone actually "signs up" for this knowingly, so I'd say stay away, but no one likely signs up for their "services", which at this point I still have no clue what the services are.
They must have some half-witted legal loophole they can use, temporarily, to continue to get away with fraud. I can only assume they will be put out of "business" soon.

In the meantime, I have disputed the charges with my bank, but still won't get me 100 bucks back for a few days.
