This was withdrawn from my checking account and was not authorized never heard of these people but see many complaints of same incident. No one is ever available at the number they give or at the website they tell you go go to...www.yourcustomerserviceonline
This is a scam and cost me additional 32.00 Service charge because it caused my account to go in the negative. Please advise as what to do about this.
