On 5/19/10 I went on line to apply for a payday loannly a payday loan. On 5/28/10 Platinum Services debited my bank acct $99.95. I called them at 800-972-8094 and spoke to Lennette, who informed me that I had beeb approved for a credit line for on-line shopping, that a e-mail was sent same day informing me that I had 7 day trial period. If I did not cancell my acct would be debited the member fee of $99.95. Informed her I did not apply for a credit line and to refund my monie, Lennette said it was company police not to refund monie, and would not transfer me to a manager or anyone else. She said the e.mail had to be replyed to in the 7 day period. That by doeng nothing I had agreed to the credit line. Again informed her I did not apply for a credit line. She would just say an applacation was received. I did apply for paysay loanns that day and every time an offer for another producy came up on what ever site I was in, I refused them. In otder for this company to debit my acct they have to offer, and I have to accept product and give permission to debit my bank acct. I did not do that. Lenette stared by not replying to e-mail I accepted product. My e-mail was swampted w/loan companies, and still is. I would have deleted their e-mail even if it did not go to spam section, in which caxe i would not have seen it. I have disputed this debit w/ Bank of America Fraun dept claim #3033001jun10.
