I regretted not checking market rates before engaging the photography services of Platt. When it became clear to me that I was paying way more than others, I politely requested for a refund since there was no contract binding my payment. It would have been fine even if the refund wasn't in full. Instead, I was denied any refund at all and I believe he has no intention on providing the service either. I might just have paid for air.
