Unsolicited magazine subscription!

Fraud and scam!
I just received a solicitation concerning the Playboy Magazine. "You've been selected to enjoy PLAYBOY for just $1 an issue, ou absolute lowest price! And gat a FREE DVD!" A woman on the front without any underwear on and private areas barely hidden. Breasts hanging down in several pictures.
This was totally unsolicited, I do not go to sites like that on my computer, I am supposing that my name was sold. I work for a county's children services. I do not like this FILTH in my life. That aside, I have an 11 year old granddaughter, and a 14 year old grandson that live with me. This is the 2nd time I have received this type of solicitation from Playboy. My grandson has those "raging hormones" kicking in. Clothes catalogs (bras), get the picture? I intercepted the first solicitation, however, my granddaughter got to the mail before I did and of course she couldn't wait to tell her brother. Luckily I intercepted it before he got his eyes on it. I WANT THIS MAIL STOPPED FROM COMING TO MY HOUSE IMMEDIATELY.
What can I do to make sure that this happens. It looks like it is happening to a lot of people that are not pleased about it.

Scam artists!
Solicitation was sent to my son as a student discount (12 issues for $10.00). Zip code doesn't match the address. No contact information or phone number to remove your name from their mailing list.

did not receive
SAME PROBLEM. I ORDERED A MAGAZINE IN DECEMBER 2006. MONTH AFTER MONTH I WAS TOLD THAT THE MAGAZINE WAS ON BACK ORDER (HUH?). FINALLY IN OCTOBER 2007 I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THAT PUBLISHER ANYMORE-ONLY TO LOOK ON THE MAG4CHEAP WEBSITE AND THEY WERE STILL TAKING ORDERS. I HOWEVER DID GET A REFUND OF $10 FOR A $26 ORDER. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!

False subscription, harassment!
I started to receive notices stating that my husband owe Playboy magazine $15.96 for a 1 yr subscription that was never ordered. We are being harassed via the mail and be threated with collections. We have sent numerous letter stating this with no response. I have seen the scam notices posted on the internet. Why isn't playboy doing something to stop this...

Getting magazines never subscribed
I never subscribed for Playboy and I am receiving magazines in the mail and it says I have a subscription. I would appreciate it if my subscription was canceled because also my children have found them and they think very lowly of me as of right now. Thank You.

False statement saying i owe money!
I received a letter in the mail from a charles martin, collections manager, stating i owed 15.96 and i had to reply back in 7 days or i would be sent to collections. I never sent for a subscription to playboy and to my knowledge in order for a account to be sent to collections they send you a notice in the mail or a auto dialer calls you and tells you of your late payment. In my line of work anytime a collection notice is going to be placed in effect there is always a call back number to where you can dispute the charges.

Soliciting a minor!
I am LIVID! My 15 year old son received a postcard solicitation in the mails with an offer for Playboy Magazine. The postcard had a 3/4 naked woman on it!!! Can I file legal action... anyone???

Received magazine without ordering!
I have not ordered this subscription and i am receiving it. I do not appreciate this because my fiance was greatly disturbed by the nature of it. Also, i have no way to contact them to dispute it.

Subscriptions to minors
Got a subscription card in the mail today for my 16 year old asking him to join Playboy for $1 an issue. Drilled him about it and he has no clue why it came. I read another complaint here about the same thing. There has to be something that can be done about this. Anyone with any ideas please email me.
