Bought a PS3 for grandson for Christmas and received one free magazine. Never receieved another one, never ordered a subscription. Today, received a collection agency threatening letter stating I owed $18.00 for a subscription I never ordered and never received. Cannot get in touch with anyone at the "agency". They can ruin your credit with scams like this??
