I ordered a copy of "The Night They Saved Christmas" from Playusa which is located in London, England. They did not deliver the DVD and I complained to them. They said they would reship it. They never did. Then they emailed me saying that they could not deliver this DVD to the USA. They didn't state why. Then they said that it would be good if I would phone them. A call from the US to England for a $13.49 refund?! They never returned my payment, so I wrote to my credit card company (B of A) and they refunded me the payment as a courtesy. I don't know if they ever went after Playusa or not. Don't order anything from Playusa. You won't get your order.
