I to was scammed by the free trial offer for both products. Pliatrol and RezV CLEAR. Both offered a trial offer for a small shipping and handling fee. After researching the products again because I do like the Pliatrol I haven't noticed anything different from the RezV Clear I found the complaints. Fortunately I caught one product in time before it auto shipped. The other product not so lucky, it had already shipped and I will be charged $85.00 for something that doesn't even work. After speaking to customer service, you can not buy these products unless you agree to join the auto ship program and you can not return an auto ship item for a refund.
