Product doesn't match expectations - Product advertised was an Instant YouTube downloader in good faith I filled in form to buy it; all of a sudden was then told I had access to satellite TV download with a free additional YouTube downloader. Had mis givings at this point In still trying to download from youtube to my computer using the supplied 'downloader'. Did not download any of the videos I loaded the url's in for: didn't actually seem to be trying. Will contact the vendor to tell them the same: 'Product' misrepresented: isn't instant, doesn't work altogether a shabby experience want money back: Vendor said: Try the software again!
