I paid for a leveling package and they did not fully complete their part of the service. When I asked for them to finish or refund half of my money they refused. After they refused to fix the problem they made a threat to have my account banned. The next day my account was banned permantely by World of Warcraft. Do not use PLS powerlevelings.com
