i keep geting offers from tataindicom for brodband service, but i believe from my past experience that wht u say in advertisement is not always true.. i have very bad experience with tata indicom plug to surf connection...i have literally been cheated in billing... and the matter is still unsolved. then i took prepaid plug to surf connection..and i recherged my account with 500 rs, but whole of my money is gone and still my account showed zero balance... i ran many places, spoke to many peoples of tata indicom... but my money is gone, proving the company the worst in terms of service, and i am never ever going back to tata. unfortunately my case is ont the only one, i mate many peoples who had come to complain about there abnormal billing, even the true value shop people had to say that they are helpless accepting the fact that my complain is genuine.
So give me any single reason why i should go back to tata service when i myself discourage my frends not to take tata service????
