As I called them to get a technician to come over to fix my very little leaking sink, they told me it is 25 pounds if no job accepted. After I told him what it was he knew exactely that this job would require less time than doing a phone call. As the technician came (Which was a nice guy and he has no fault in this) over and started to fix the leak, he said what I said to the man on the phone, that it is only the rubber band on the waste, so no big deal. Only a little clue and a rubber and done(around max. 5pounds in a shop!!!). Then came the biggest surprise as he calls the company for a price. they said 70 pounds +VAT. so 84 pounds for a rubber band. Good job. I need to say that I never experienced such an abuse of any company than plumbforcedirect. Very sad and I think it is just totally wrong! Neighbors talk so hopefully no one gets under that trap than we did. Very disappointing experience, and it started of so good.
