The complaint starts with the preffered product being so unorganised that not even the staff knows where it is. Instead of the staff helping us or getting someone that can, she just turns around and goes back tot the front. Eventually the manager (I Believe she is) comes to help. I told her why don’t they organise so that the labels are in number sequence so the customer can go directly to nr they are looking for. With an attitude she replies well if I got time I must come do it. That being said when there are only 2 - 3 customers in the shop. My point is that you don’t say that to a customer, I mean at my work if I must tell that to a customer I would get fired. And the staff that don’t know what I’m talking about and then don’t know where to look for it, my boss would also fire me tell me come back when I know the job and shop. Then eventually I got the box I was looking for the package inside was wrong. Again my point. It’s not right to tell a customer to come do their work for them. She said they cant put everything back on their right place every week.When I was still a manager in Retail the shop had to be right everyday. That’s why I got a salary.
