Their pop up came up my screen, the screen apeared to be from Microsoft. I couldn't get it to leave the screen, it installed itself & viruses into my computer. And charged my credit card.

This site said I had to download this antivirus because of a virus, So I purchased it for 49.95 And than never could download it fully. I've tried to get in contact but to know help from there support team. I truly think this was a scam. Need help to get my money back.
