This is a con operation. On 6th Oct 2006, they came to repair my treadmill, collected $185 and told me that they will come by to replace the part for which they collected the money. That was the last I heard from them. Phone calls are not returned. On threatening legal action they say that they have sent the part but cannot give any tracking details (saying that they have misplaced it). $185 is no big deal but just wanted to put this up so that no body else is cheated.
