I have been jpaying montly charge of 5.99 for yeas all of a sudden there is a yearly amt of 39.99 on my bank statement that never autorized I have been unable to speak with any one at pogo or get any answer about why they deceded to do that living on a tight budget it really set me back I am going to end all contact with them but it does not get back my money.
