I ordered a poinsettia to be delivered to Los Angeles from 1800 poinsettias.com, located in Vista, CA. The poinsettia arrived in a smashed-in box, and the poinsettia was in pieces, stems broken, leaves wilted. In other words, it was a total loss and very embarrassing when my friend called to tell me what arrived at her doorstep.

When I sent an email to 1800poinsettias.com, I received this reply: "Oh well." That was it--Nothing else!! This business does not deserve to be in business if this is the kind of customer service they supply.
