my chips

i bot chips today from zyngs poker they siad that it would take up to 36 hours to get them that was fin but it did not take that long that was great i played a fuw hands i went to the loby and they was all gone ther was over 1034.000. chips can you help me it took for ever to get my husband to let me buy chips when i told him whote happind he siad thats way i did not whont you to do that they are a reep offso if you can help me that will be great i love the game i play evey day tell thes hapind thanks for your help

missing chips while sit under maintainance

iwas playing poker on this site and had about 12 billion in chips, than one day when i tried to log in it said site under maintainance, when came back later my chips were gone with the acc showing 5.5 million i have tried to get a response from them but after 6 to 7 emails there has been no response, hope others did not lose money at this site, even though its a .play for fun site hate to get ripped of .
