We purchased the Polder Ironing Board 3 years ago after using another brand for more than 10 years. Recently, the ironing board started to sink each time we used it. pon closer examination, I discovered that one of the two leg supports had snapped at the joint. All attempts to locate the company to obtain some sort of resolution failed. The company does not even have a website. Because, it appeared to be a very well made product at the time we purchased it, I was a bit too complacent about retaining the purchase receipt and warranty. Now, I know all that glitters is not gold. We are a bit disappointed because my wife almost got burned when the product suddenly yielded under pressure while in use. From now on, I will avoid any product with the label "POLDER" on it because I don't really know what I am getting and they have no way of helping me fix it when it beaks.
