I got an injunction suit decreed in my favour by the Court of Sh. Lalit Singla, Addl. Civil Judge(Sr. Div), S.A.S. Nagar Mohali vide judgment dated 8.3.2010. The opposite party was required to get their land demarcated situated at Village Ballomajra Tehsil and Distt S.A.S. Nagar Mohali and not to interfere in my land as per court orders. i have already moved an application to Tehsildar Mohali for demarcation of land, upon which Rajinder Singh Kanugo Halqa Landran was appointed for demarcation of land but the same has not been done so far though he visited the spot two three times. even police help was sought by him but the demarcation could not be completed. now the opposite party has started construcion work in the disputed site without getting any demarcation done as per court orders. i moved an application to S.H.O. Police Station Balongi which was marked to ASI Harpal Singh for inquiry but instead of getting the court orders implemented, he has refused to take any action on the said application and is helping the other party in raising construction. Pls help me in getting justice.
