I too was taken by this fradulent company. I was also taken for 74.00 and another 88.97, plus the 4.99. I would have never have signed up for an automatic debit. I don't usually fall for anything, try to think of myself as not naive. I like the others thought if Oprah & Dr. Oz was behind this product it must be legitamate. They need to know their names are being exploited.
I finally was able to get an email through to this co., and only after I told them I had been in contact with the BBB and an attorney did they offer to reimburse me 30 something dollars, in which Has Not been credited to my account. Unfortunately this has been a very expensive lesson learned.
I did have to close my credit card to keep them from charging it, I didn't even recieve the product they were charging me for. They did also send me a nasty email in response to my many.
Best thing to do is close out your cards or get another #, they DO NOT wait 15 days before they take more money.
