Fraud, Unauthorized Charges
Like many others, I have been duped by the trial run ads on Oprah. My card has been billed twice for 88.97. I have never received the product as promised. I will have to cancel my card to stop the charges. This is a hefty sum to lose for nothing. The people running this scam need to be prosecuted.

Auto charges & shipments
Order a trial sample at the same time as I ordered Acai Berry Supreme. I was then sent a month's supply at a cost of $94.57, which was charged to my account. I returned it the same day it was received, unopened. I have never been contacted or received a refund.

never received product ordered and paid for
Ordered product, paid shipping for free trial. Never received product. In three weeks my account was charged $88.97 for product I still haven't received. Call their toll free number and got no answer.

Fraudulent charge
It appears that I also am a victim of this $88 charge with no phone number to reach these people.

Ordered Free Trial, Paid the shipping/handling and never received the product
Ordered Free Trial, Paid the shipping/handling and never received the product. The $5.99 was deducted out of my checking account the next day. This was on 12/05/08 and till this day still haven't received the product. I would not recommend this company to anyone because it's a scam. I have contacted my bank to reject any other charges from this company because they will bill your card again and you will not receive the product.
