charged twice
Ordered free trial of Pomclear 9/2, paid shipping. Sent everything back but my account was charged $44.85. Now on 10/6, I was charged another $44.90. What is up with this company that Oprah Winfrey stands behind????? How do you get a refund from these people? Not only was I charged once, but twice. How do I stop them from charging my accout.? Cannot get in touch with these people.

overcharge/no product
its been weeks since I was supposed to receive my order and when I called and questioned them about the additional charges thet blamed me saying I clicked a button ordering some drops to suppress hunger.
I pressed no such button. I too have to dispute these charges with my bank with may result in getting a new card etc.

charges for more than what I ordered
I ordered a "FREE TRIAL" of POMClear no charge for the product, only charged for the shipping. When I received the product, I was billed/received merchandise I did not request or order $44.85. I found this site to be misleading and I did not give them the authority to bill my card for anything other than the shipping of the product $4.95, I requested. After reading the comments on the company site, I am not the only one with this issue. I will be sending the products back and I will cancel the payment through my bank.

Unauthorized charges withdrawn
The company website is completely misleading and led me to believe I could try the product for $4.95 which was the cost of shipping. The very next day I had a $44.95 charge withdrawn from my account by this company and I hadn't even received the product!! When I did recieve the product I was disgusted and promptly returned it for a full refund only to discover today that another $39.95 has been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge OR consent! This is fraud and I will be contacting the BBB today...because of this fraudulant activity I have had a number of NFS charges to my account and I am extremely upset so just an FYI this company is a sham.

Over Charge/ NO Product
I order one free trail offer with paying only shipping cost, but I did not receive the pills. I then got my bill from my credit card that showed I was billed $44.85 for product. I was way over charged since I was only to be billed for shipping cost. I to this day I have not received my pills and this situation is still not resolved.

over charged and didn't even get the product
I orded the free Pomclear and thought that i paid $ 1.95 for your product shipping and handling and
when i got my statement from the bank they took out
$41.85 for the product i was madd and i didn't even get the product. So i would like my money put back in the bank and forget about your product.

unauthorized charges
A charge of $39.95 was placed on my credit card. This was an unauthorized charge, it was not ordered. I have been unable to contact this company on their 800 number. I am asking the credit card company to credit this amount and would ask that no further charges be placed against me on this card.

Received items that I did not order
I ordered this product after watching the Oprah Winfry show. It was to be a free trial. I was sent Hoodiburst gum and Hoodiawater that I did not order. My account was then billed for $44.85. When I called for a RMA number to return the items I could not get through. I am at a loss as to what...

charged for product
I ordered free bottle of PomClear plus shiping . Besides the free bottle, I also received 2 other bottles that I did not request and a total of $44.90 was charged to my account. I returned everything using a Return Auth. AB 9/4/08. I still have not received a refund to my account, less the shipping.
