I ordered a trial offer of POMCLEAR for (1 month supply) only to
discovered that my credit card would be charged monthly for a
program that I donot wish to participate in with this company.
I have called customer service to return the unopened product.
I have called several times and have stayed on their line waiting for customer service to answer for hours. The automated answering machine has said I had a 4 minute waiting time and I held the phone for over an hour. This has happen to me 3 times.
I"m trying to get an RMA# to return the item mention.
