Received their "free" sample where I was charged a S&H fee, but 2 weeks later received additional shipment & charged my credit card an unauthorized $88 on 09/30/08. The box/product was immediately returned to sender unopened. This is the end of November, gooing on almost 2 months later and they have as yet credited my account. I get the runaround and hung up on when I call the # they list on my credit billing. They have their product AND My Money!!!
