Randy & Katie Griffith own Posh Paws. In November 2008, we hired them to pet sit for us while we went on a year-long planned trip. They had sat for us before and knew the rules for caring for our fur babies. I also provide WRITTEN instructions and we call frequently. the Griffith's did not follow ANY of the rules, and in spite of their having our vet's cell phone numbers, they did not call her when our 5 1/2 year old dog became ill. They did not even tell us when we called to ask about our "kids"!! The end result was they cause the death of our precious baby, and in spite of them advertising they have pet insurance for their clients, they have REFUSED to provide the policy information or the agent's name. EVERY vet in CA has received our letter, this matter will be going to court later this month. Please protect your pets, do NOT use these horrible people!!!
