This company offered a groupon deal for six laser hair removal treatments for $149. There has been plenty of similar deals for the amount of treatments for a similar price. I purchased the groupon and called them to make an appointment a couple of days later. They told me that I would get a call back from the technician to schedule the fist appointment the next day. I waited a week without hearing anything back from them at all. When I called today they told me they would not honor the deal and they wanted me to pay double the price. They claimed groupon had made a mistake (the groupon sales representative told me it was not their mistake, the business just got cold feet and cancelled the deal). I think they were very un professional by not calling me back and lying to me. If there had been a mistake from the start they would've said that from the first phone call, instead they ignored me for a week and then then lied. Very unreliable, they do not stand by their word.
