I was charge $120.95 for postal battery 473&460 exam study guide material. The was not exam given in my area since 2007. I been trying to get an refund for 3 years now. They keep telling me that refund due to not passing the exam, or not getting a job offer after the first interview and for refund involving an exam not being offered. They also it must at least 12 months, no more than 14 months, since I purchase the material. I need my refund no exam given in my area in years.
