I purchased a posturepedic contour pillow true form from this company (sleepbetter store) the ad said that is the best pillow, I received the pillow and my husband used it for one night and is nothing that the advertise on line this product is so chip and so soft that his neck was hurting that morning. I had call customer serv. because I want to sent this pillow back and get my money back ($79.00) and was told that they don't take pillow back and that I should had known that when I put the order by phone the custmer serv. rep. never told me that this was not returnable and the customer serv. was very sued and hand the phone on me. So now I'm stock with chip pillow that my husband is not able to use it. and I'm out of $79.00 dollors. so this company just take the money
