I purchased a marc jacobs bag, back in July 2008, which the bag advertised on the website was indeed an authentic marc jacobs bag.

When my item arrived, the bag was not only faulty, but in very poor condition and FAKE!

Ive emailed and telephoned this company thousands of times, demanding a refunds, which they continue to tell me they are in the process of doing this. I have now discovered the contact telephone number no longer works and they are refusing to comply to my emails.

This item cost me £300.00 and without an email of confirmation for a refund, my bank cannot help obtain my money again!!!
